Welcome to our little bakery, where high-end quality meets local neighborhood charm. It all started on May 1, 2022, when we shared baked goods at our son’s school. The love and demand for our treats quickly inspired us to take a chance at our first neighborhood craft fair—and the rest is history.
Thanks to word of mouth and incredible community support, we’ve grown into a thriving home bakery with a loyal social media following and a regular spot at local craft fairs.
Born and raised in Pearl City, I trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, before returning home to work alongside some of Hawaii’s most iconic chefs, including George Mavrothalassitis, Alan Wong, and Sam Choy. I eventually became the Pastry Chef and Sous Chef at the Waialae Country Club, where I honed my skills in creating desserts that delight and inspire.
Now, I’m bringing that same passion and expertise into our home-based bakery, crafting delicious treats that need no special occasion to enjoy. We love what we do and are always open to suggestions—your ideas inspire us! Thank you for letting us share our love of baking with you.
